Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, browsing, or using the b7b7 website and platform (collectively, the "Platform"), registering an account, making a deposit, or placing a wager, you ("the Player", "you", "your") acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions ("Terms"), together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, all of which are incorporated herein by reference.

Eligibility and Registration

To register an account and use the b7b7 Platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and at all times during your continued use of the Platform:

b7b7 reserves the right to decline any registration application at its sole discretion, without being required to provide a reason for the refusal. Registration of an account does not automatically confer the right to access all features of the Platform, which may be subject to additional verification requirements.

Account Management

Single Account Policy. Each player is permitted to maintain only one registered account on the b7b7 Platform. The operation of multiple accounts, whether in the same name, under different names, or using different contact details or payment methods, is strictly prohibited. Where b7b7 detects or reasonably suspects the existence of multiple accounts belonging to the same individual, all associated accounts may be suspended, any pending withdrawals cancelled, and balances forfeited pending investigation.

Account Security. You are solely responsible for maintaining the strict confidentiality of your username, password, and any OTP codes associated with your account. You must not disclose your login credentials to any third party under any circumstances. b7b7 will never contact you by email, live chat, telephone, or any other channel to request your password.

Account Activity. You agree to notify b7b7 immediately at [email protected] if you become aware of or suspect any unauthorised access to or use of your account. Any wagers placed or transactions conducted through your account prior to b7b7 receiving such notification are deemed to have been placed by you and are your financial responsibility.

Inactive Accounts. An account that has not recorded any login activity for a continuous period of twelve (12) months will be classified as inactive. b7b7 may apply a monthly administrative fee to inactive accounts, subject to advance written notice to the registered email address. Where an account balance reaches zero, the account may be closed. Players wishing to reactivate a closed inactive account should contact support.

Account Closure. You may request the closure of your account at any time by contacting b7b7 support. b7b7 may close your account immediately without notice if you breach these Terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or if b7b7 is required to do so for legal or regulatory compliance reasons.

Deposits and Withdrawals

Accepted Payment Methods. b7b7 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, City Bank, Islami Bank, and Sonali Bank. All transactions are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). b7b7 does not accept payments in foreign currencies or via cryptocurrency.

Minimum and Maximum Transactions. The minimum deposit amount is ৳500. Minimum and maximum withdrawal amounts may vary by payment method and are displayed in the cashier section of your account at the time of the transaction. b7b7 reserves the right to adjust transaction limits at any time with reasonable notice.

Deposit Processing. Deposits made via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay are generally credited to your b7b7 account balance within 60 seconds of the transaction being confirmed by the relevant mobile network operator. Bank transfer deposits may take up to one (1) business day to be credited. b7b7 is not responsible for delays caused by the player's payment provider.

Withdrawal Processing. Withdrawal requests are processed within twenty-four (24) hours of submission, subject to completed KYC verification. Withdrawals are made only to accounts or wallets registered in the same name as the b7b7 account. b7b7 does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts under any circumstances. Standard mobile wallet withdrawals carry no fee charged by b7b7; however, the player's payment provider may apply its own charges.

Bet Acceptance. b7b7 reserves the right to refuse, limit, or cancel any bet at any time, including after apparent acceptance, if b7b7 determines that: (a) the bet was placed in error or at an incorrect price; (b) there are reasonable grounds to suspect that the outcome of the relevant event was known at the time the bet was placed; or (c) the bet forms part of a pattern of activity that b7b7 considers to constitute fraud, match-fixing, or manipulation of outcomes.

Errors and System Faults. In the event of a technical malfunction, system error, or communications failure that affects the integrity of a game round or betting event, b7b7 reserves the right to declare the affected round or event void and to refund the relevant stakes. b7b7 is not liable to pay out winnings generated as a result of a technical error, display fault, or software malfunction.

Cricket and Sports Betting. For sports betting markets, including BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, and other cricket events, b7b7 follows the rules published by the relevant governing body (e.g., the Bangladesh Cricket Board, the ICC) with respect to match results, abandonments, and reduced-over situations. Amendments to Terms
